Making Money Movers NYC is a Bronx-based financial education organization serving the Tri-State area, led by Haizel McIntyre, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), and Certified Financial Social Worker (CFSW). Our mission centers on empowering youth, families, and organizations - especially those who have felt left out of traditional financial lessons - with education that meets both the head and the heart. Our programs are built on clinical social work knowledge, lived experience growing up as a first-generation Dominican-American, and a deep respect for each person's unique story. We address not only the "how" but the "why" behind money habits, using an approach that is trauma-informed, interactive, and always shame-free. Everyone deserves the tools and support to build a thriving financial future, and here, you will be met with compassion and understanding every step of the way.
